Policy and Procedures

To place an order, you may use an order form or any piece of paper. Include all the information necessary to properly process your request including your name, address, phone number, quantity, product number, description and price of the items you want. Include the correct shipping charges and any applicable sales tax. Please remember to include the sales tax when ordering from a representative residing in your state. UPS requires a street address for delivery. Unless prior arrangements have been made, a check or money order must accompany your order.

Most representatives accept credit cards. Check the information for the representative for your state.

Telephone Orders
Customers wishing to ship COD may phone or FAX their orders. You may call and verify availability of products and we will set aside those items for you, but cannot ship until we have received payment. Our phone number is (360) 754-3660 FAX: (360) 754-3505. You are welcome to leave a message, but we are not always able to return calls.

Sales Tax
You do not pay sales tax when ordering products from out of your state. You do pay sales tax when ordering products from within your state. Multiply your order amount by your state’s tax rate and add that amount to your total.

Shipping Policy
Normally, we process orders within 24 hours after receiving them. There are occasional delays, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please call for foreign rates. When ordering COD, please add $6.00 to the proper shipping rate. We cannot guarantee delivery of products shipped through the USPS.
